31 slices of thoughts
from winter into spring
writing muscles were pumped.
I wrote when I was joyful and other
times when I was felt sheer exhaustion.
I wrote to share feelings, photos, digital art.
Each day, writing was sparked and conversations
flowed; a community of writing friends was strengthened.
I'm celebrating writing today with my global community of writing friends. We did it!
Day 31 of 31 days of writing
March Slice of Life Story Challenge
Thank you to Two Writing Teachers for the opportunity to write daily this month.
That image of 'writing muscles' resonates. On one hand, I feel like mine could use a rest; on the other hand, they never feel stronger than they do in March.
ReplyDeleteBrian, it is always fun to share thoughts with you. I am sure that everyone that finished the challenge is feeling especially proud today. See you on Tuesdays.
DeleteA great way to celebrate the writing challenge!
ReplyDeleteNoel, thanks for stopping by here and commenting. It is wonderful to have a group of dedicated writers to write alongside of.
DeleteWe did it! Glad you were here.
ReplyDeleteYes, we did, Diane. Here's to more writing and celebrating friendship over the years.
DeleteI like how you shaped the poem. I never thought that we wrote from winter to spring. I can't imagine how many words we put on a page as the writing community. Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesdays.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for a good week, Terje. I know you are looking forward to going home and sleeping in your own bed.
